Ingredients: Organic Powders of Ashwagandha Root, Atibala Root, Eranda Root, Nirgundi Root, Ginger Root, Cinnamon Bark, Cardamom Seeds, Fennel Seeds
Directions: Boil 1 teabag / 4 cups of water for 5 minutes, remove the teabag, pour the tea into the thermos and sip tea several times daily either warm or room temperature. Finish the tea by 5:00 pm.
